These tapes help persons learn how to meditate, and then
provide a meditative exercises to be used with walking-exercise.
Exercise is important for mental and physical health, especially
when combined with positive and Christian affirmations.

The tapes are recorded for two walking paces. One pace is
105 steps per minute. The other tape is for persons walking
at 120 paces per minute.

Exercise is understood to raise the level of endorphins, the
body's natural pain-reducing system. Exercise also raises the
levels of immune defenses which are natural to people.
